I need to ask, does your LinkedIn profile reflect your professionalism? If you set up a LinkedIn profile a few years ago and forgot about, it may be doing you more harm than good. Linked has over 706 million users (Linkedin 2020). According to Corless (2019), LinkedIn is 277% more effective at generating leads than Facebook and Twitter. Many of your clients are using LinkedIn as part of their research before making a purchase decision. LinkedIn provides much more detail about a professional’s background, experience, and proven track record. Please, I urge you to update your LinkedIn profile to make it easier for potential customers to choose you over your competitors. Your aim with LinkedIn is to communicate your skills and expertise in a way that resonates with your target audience.
