Our mission is to connect business owners to trusted, experienced, and proven marketing professionals. Our process for review is all about determining that you can add immense value to your client’s business, via the strategies and tactics you deploy. Plus, determine if you are a good fit for the network, as a collaborator, contributor, and potential referrer. The review process in broken up into five stages.
We meet with you either online or in-person. In this session, we want to take the time to understand you, your business, and your niche. Understand your approach and perspective to customer service and marketing. Plus understand what you are hoping to get out of the Marketing Broker Australia network. We are assessing how well you could fit within our network and that we can genuinely help you with more sales. It is important to us, that we can give back to you as much as you can give back to our network and customers. If we foresee any potential clashes or concerns, we will share this with you upfront.
We perform an audit. We will review your website, social presence and other sources for reputation review, to help verify your claims. In addition, with your guidance and permission, review your recent work and results. During this stage, we may follow up, asking additional questions to help us better understand you.
Agreement. If we agree, you are a great fit to our network, and the audit confirms this, we will send you a strategic partnership agreement. The details of which you can download now. You are not locked into anything and can exit at any time. Our sales commissions are standard for all of our partners. 15% for project work (ex GST) and for monthly subscription services, 15% for the first three-months then 5% on-going. For complex projects, where you must be part of the sales process, i.e. App development or automated marketing systems, we can set a fixed rate, minimum $300+gst. We continue to be a resource for you and the client. This means you or the client can invite a marketing broker to join a major strategy session or review. We can aide discussions and help explore new opportunities to grow their business.
Trial period – In the trial period, we aim to bring you a customer as soon as possible. For the first client, you will work with us on the lead qualification and sales. This includes joining the strategy session with the client. The aim is to ensure we are both aligned on the messaging and processes involved in the sales of your services. We are learning from each other. So, we can better serve you as a partner in our network. During this process, we may also connect you with our other partners, if we see a great fit for collaboration. The trial period is 2-3 months.
Official partner –If we are both happy to continue with the partnership we will until otherwise decided. We will continue to add resources to support your business. We will optimise our sales documents, induction processes, landing pages, social media content, scripts, and more to better promote and sell your services. You will gain access to a variety of support resources and you will be able to blog and share your own content using our digital assets, including email. You will be invited to join our network referral program, where you can earn additional revenue by recommending the services of Marketing Broker Australia and its partners. Plus, in time, we will introduce special events, training, and more opportunities to collaborate, grow and support each other.
